today we larnt what is resillience.
Resilience is the ability to withstand adversity and bounce back from difficult life events. Being resilient does not mean that people don't experience stress, emotional upheaval, and suffering.
Being connected to others. ...
Being flexible.
...Being able to make realistic plans and take action to carry them out.
...Being able to communicate well with others and problem-solve both individually and with others.
...Being able to manage strong feelings.
...Being self-confident.
Being able to find purpose and meaning.
